Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Perishable items (like edible decorations or food products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Custom or personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
