Returns and Refunds Policy

At Amotel Creations, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to help!

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Perishable items (like edible decorations or food products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

  • Custom or personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return

  • Please contact us at sales@amotelcreations.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within  24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
